New features
Section titled “New features”- PN-2685 & PN-2688: Preparation for the upgrade migration from WSL to VM has been added to Porta Manager. During the upgrade process, it performs several checks and takes a full database backup as a rollback point. After the upgrade, it verifies several more checks. If any check fails, the upgrade stops and shows the reason, for example
Pre-migration check failed: Insufficient database disk space.
- PN-2635: Resolved an issue where every Porta Manager page took more than 30 seconds to load on systems without internet access. Porta Manager no longer requests resources from external servers.
- PN-2784: Resolved an issue where updating Porta On Prem from older versions, such as 2.3.100, failed because Porta Manager was not permitted to connect to the existing database. Fresh installs were not affected.
Known issues
Section titled “Known issues”- PN-2550: The Fix IP Settings helper does not update the
report_hostsetting used by database replication. - PN-2218: Porta reports an incorrect password error (422) when the IP address stored for the API is wrong.
- PN-1972: The Porta Manager interface is not updated when a queued job fails.
